Eligibility for Refunds
GizmoJoya offers refunds on eligible products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any damage or signs of wear

Refund Process
- Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate your return request
- Include your order number and reason for return
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
- Package your item securely and include all original accessories
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Personalized or customized products
- Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Defective or Damaged Items
